Will the images lose quality?
No for JPG and PNG. Those files are put into the PDF unchanged. Other formats such as HEIC and WebP are converted at high quality first.
What page size should I choose?
Choose A4 or Letter if you will print the PDF or send it as a document. Choose Same as image to make each page exactly fit its picture, with no white space.
